The directory and your groomer

We provide information and businesses' published contact details. We do not take bookings, payments or deposits, perform grooming or act as the groomer's agent. Your grooming agreement is directly with the business. Check prices, availability, qualifications, insurance, cancellation arrangements and your dog's needs before booking.

The pilot currently covers a small reviewed selection around Surrey. A reviewed listing is not a guarantee of quality, qualifications, insurance or suitability. Ownership checks concern authority to manage a listing; email confirmation only checks an account email.

Free now; no automatic paid upgrade

There is no current subscription, paid ranking, commission or reward scheme. Groomers charge for their services separately. Future paid options will explain their price, taxes, inclusions, cancellation rights and separate terms before you choose to purchase. Free use never authorises payment or marketing subscriptions.

Accounts and business submissions

Account and business-management features are for adults aged 18 or over. Use accurate details, keep passwords private and report suspected compromise. Only authorised representatives may claim or suggest changes to a business. Claims and edits are privately reviewed; they do not automatically publish. Read our privacy notice before submitting information.

Submit truthful, relevant material you are entitled to share. Submitting business material permits us to review it and, if approved, display it in this directory and edit formatting for clarity. You retain your rights; this permission does not extend to selling material or unrelated advertising. Our content standards explain review and complaints.

Fair and safe use

Do not impersonate businesses, harass people, send spam, upload malicious code, harvest personal information or bypass security. We may reasonably restrict abusive requests, accounts or listings to protect people, investigate genuine disputes or comply with law. Where appropriate we explain decisions and provide a support route to challenge them. Legitimate complaints alone are not grounds for retaliation.

Articles, maps and external websites

Articles are general information, not veterinary advice or diagnosis. Ask a qualified vet about pain, injury, skin problems, severe matting or other health concerns. Map markers can show approximate postcode or mobile-service areas; confirm the actual appointment location. External websites and map providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

Accuracy, availability and responsibility

Services can change between reviews and the website may occasionally be unavailable. Report errors for investigation and correction. We remain responsible for obligations the law places on us. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Your statutory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.

Complaints and changes

Use our complaints process. We date material changes and give account holders appropriate notice of changes affecting their use. New charges require a separate choice. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales without removing mandatory protections or rights to use courts in the part of the UK where a consumer lives.
